Parents want the best for their children - often it works, and sometimes it just needs another idea, .."
I'm Dieter and I had the idea for the parents' hotline because - also due to my own family experience - I quickly realized that all-day childcare and learning at home is a very big challenge. After all, the compatibility of family and career is often a challenge even in normal everyday life. In times of crisis, all this multiplies, because short-time work or even job loss (or the fear of it) is imminent, or everything has to be done parallel to the normal working day, be it in the home office or even at the normal workplace.
Every child has the right to a childhood"
My name is Andrea and I would like to help families to improve their quality of life and find their own solutions. Due to my degrees in psychology and occupational therapy I think and work in a very holistic way: Practical, but also objective. Appreciation, open communication and help for self-help are central guiding values and for me the basis of respectful and empathetic interaction within a family.
One cannot wake up the feeling of the beginning in oneself often enough in life."
— Rainer Maria Rilke
I am Carolina and responsible for Marketing & PR. As a mum, chaos and multitasking are no foreign words for me. As a yoga teacher I help people to overcome crises and find inner peace. I would like to use my diverse experiences to accompany families on their way in the best possible way.
Everything in this world can be undone, except for knowledge."
— Alberto Moravia
I am Charlotte and support our great team as a student assistant. Although we are trying to help you here, I have already taken a lot of you with me. So I would like to continue to offer you support and hope we can all continue to learn from each other.
Life is too precious to be left to fate."

Hi, I'm Ina. I can use my experience as a part-time working mum of a daycare child and studied communication expert for you. It is important to me to help shape a future in which accepting help is celebrated as much as offering help. Because together we are always stronger.
Everyone's a genius! But if you judge a fish by whether it can climb a tree, it will believe all its life that it is stupid."
— Albert Einstein
I am Katharina and I studied sociology and Portuguese. I am committed to the idea that everyone should be supported according to their personal interests and abilities - regardless of parental home and wallet. I also enjoy bringing good ideas to the public and that is why I am responsible for public relations at the Parents' Hotline. You want to report about us? Then write to me!
Become who you are."
Hey, my name is Philip. I studied to become a teacher at grammar schools and did a radio program for young people at the University of Freiburg. I want to support those who are even younger than me in the changes and efforts that lie ahead of them in the coming years. For me, educational work does not only take place in the teaching profession. Because for your own decisions you need curiosity, imagination and again and again the advice and help of other people. With my knowledge and skills I would like to support you in difficult situations.
It takes a whole village to raise a child."
— African proverb
My name is Stefanie and I am an educator and prospective social worker. Through my work in the kindergarten I have been able to accompany some parents and their children through the first formative years of their lives. I am particularly well versed in the development of children under the age of three and in the kindergarten age. Parents are experts for their children - I would like to support you with head, hand and heart.
Even a journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step"
Hey, I'm Yalda. Teacher, coach and bookworm. What I've learned from my past life It's faith in yourself that lets you make free and good choices. Some life events shake your trust in the world and in yourself, for example when you suddenly have to take care of a child on your own. I would like to remind you of what is possible when we make it possible together.
